After you’ve accepted, the closing process officially kicks off. This stage can include inspections, appraisals, title work, buyer financing milestones, repairs (if agreed upon), and stacks of paperwork. My role is to keep every party on track—buyers, agents, lenders, inspectors, title companies—so your sale stays on schedule and surprises are kept to a minimum.
Finally, when all the boxes are checked and signatures are in place, you’ll hand over the keys, and the sale is complete.
